College students took part in the career student forum "Working is very important!"
In December 2025, students of the Higher Technical and Humanitarian College took part in the student career forum "A worker is very important!", which was held at the D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University. The event was organized by Kazzinc LLP as part of the activities of the Alliance of Colleges of East Kazakhstan Region and Kazzinc LLP, as well as the implementation of the Enbegi adal - Zhas Orren project.
The event brought together students of CGTU and colleges of technical fields in the region who are interested in professional development and building a successful career in production.
The main purpose of the forum is to show young people the real possibilities of working professions, to reveal their importance for the region's economy and to demonstrate that a modern worker is a qualified, sought-after and promising specialist.
The students were particularly interested in the stories of successful employees and graduates who began their professional career in production halls and were able to grow into senior positions. Such examples have become vivid proof that hard work, responsibility and professional skills open up great opportunities for career growth.
The Forum has become not just a platform for communication, but a real practical school of professional development. During the master classes, students learned how to write a resume correctly, prepare for an interview, and developed communication, financial literacy, and self-presentation skills.
Participation in the forum allowed students to take a fresh look at working professions, see their prestige and prospects, and make sure that professional success begins with high-quality education, practical skills and a desire for development.
Holding such forums within the framework of cooperation between the colleges of East Kazakhstan Region and Kazzink LLP helps to strengthen the link between education and production, develop social partnership, popularize working professions and train qualified personnel for the region's economy.
