For the delegation from East Kazakhstan, this day became one of the key ones within the framework of the international professional internship “Talent for the AI Economy: a Global System of Vocational Education.”

The main event of the day was the official opening of the China‑Kazakhstan Alliance “100 Colleges” — a new platform for developing international cooperation in the field of vocational education.
The Vocational Education Center of East Kazakhstan signed a memorandum of accession to the China‑Kazakhstan Alliance “100 Colleges”.
As part of the forum, a ceremony was also held to sign memorandums of cooperation, agreements of intent, and other documents between Chinese and Kazakhstani vocational education organizations. The agreements reached are aimed at developing further cooperation, exchanging experience, and implementing joint educational initiatives.
The program was complemented by a professional visit to partner enterprises, where participants got acquainted with modern production facilities, the companies’ technological ecosystems, and practices of interaction between education and business.
For the delegation from East Kazakhstan, participation in the Alliance’s work is an opportunity to expand international partnerships, establish direct contacts with Chinese educational organizations, and move from professional dialogue to the implementation of specific joint projects.
